Cancellation policy.

We understand that life happens and sometimes schedules need to change. In order to provide the best care to all of our clients, we require that any appointment cancellations or changes be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

• No-Shows will also incur a $50 fee.

This policy helps us respect the time of our staff and allows us to offer openings to other clients who may be waiting. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
